A crisp, lean Chardonnay showing beautiful mineral fruit

Vibrant aromas of pineapple, peach and lemons. The palate is rich and creamy with a touch of salinity, and a refreshing, long finish.
30% of the wine was aged in old French oak barrels which contributes complex flavours of vanilla as well as a rounder texture.
San Pablo is a sub-region in Uco Valley, at the foot of the Andes Mountains.
Polígonos vineyards are named after people from the region.
Pair with paella, creamy risottos or grilled white meats.
