- Produced by the Yamantiev family in theThracian Valley, in south Bulgaria.
- An intensely fruity blend of 40% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon & 20% Rubin varieties. Rubin is an indigenous Bulgarian grape variety, created back in 1946 by a crossing of Nebbiolo and Syrah.
- Ruby coloured with soft crimson nuances. Intense nose with ripe blackcurrants, plums and cherries. The palate is smooth and harmonious with a soft, long finish.
- Pair with rustic meat dishes, BBQ, burgers, sausages, pasta with tomato sauce, terrines.
- Great alternative to a southern French blend!
