Aventura is a red blend of three grapes and is essentially a Spanish homage to the Northern Rhône. In this blend the Garnacha and Syrah grapes give it a lovely spiciness and peppery character and the Cabernet Sauvignon gives it a juicy rich concentration to balance the tannins. It is moderate alcohol at only 14% and is an epic daily drinker for those of us who love long sips and long conversations at the table. It was fermented and matured in concrete and is incredibly smooth.
