An elegant and complex Tuscan Cabernet.

Beautiful aromas of Blackberry, leather and tobacco precede a palate of raspberry, plums and delicate green herbs.
Located in the small village of Poggio la Mozza in Maremma, Val Delle Rose is the biggest winery in the Morellino di Scansano appellation.
They dedicate the wine to Samma, "the custodian of these lands before them".
Aged in barrique for 12 months, followed by 6 months in bottle before being released.
Pair this with roast meats or aged cheeses.
