This is a style of Fino sherry where the wine is bottled directly from the barrel, with 'En Rama' translating to raw. This gives the wine greater texture and character.
Expect intense and expressive aromas of yeast, almond skin and bruised apple, leading to a chalky palate joined by fresh grass, toasted almond, with a lick of salinity.
This is a vintage sherry, with the best 95 butts (barrels) tried and selected for bottling.
