A blend of unaged high ester Jamaican Rum, 3 year old Jamaican Rum and 2-5 year old Guyanese Rum from heritage Stills; Savalle, Enmore & Port Mourant

• This characterful blend is formed from aged Guyanese Rums from the Savalle, Enmore and Port Mourant stills, with younger, funky Jamaican Rums. A touch of unaged high ester Jamaican Rum brings it all together
• The label represents the blending of two different styles of rum to become greater than the sum of their parts. Two liquids pour in from the top and spread out into a swirling pattern incorporating a wider range of colours
• The nose is packed with notes of ripe banana, raisins, dates and fig along with deeoer notes of dark chocolate, walnuts, caramel and molasses. There's hints of nutmeg, ginger, papaya and turmeric to boot
• The palate has tannic notes of oak, black tea and tobacco. Hints of Eucalyptus, oak, burnt toast, smoke, dried coconut, fusel note and dried coconut
• The finish is bold and dry with developing hints of sugarcane intertwined
