• The term 'Szamorodni' translates to 'as it comes', a reflection of this wine's interesting vinification methods.
• The bunches of grapes are picked and processed as whole bunches, so may include botrytised, over-ripe, or fresh berries. This is in contrast to Tokaji Aszu, which is made with individually picked botrytised grapes.
• The szamorodni method ensures maximum acidity and freshness are retained, meaning that these wines are incredibly long-lived.
