Deliciously lithe and delicate red wine with ethereal perfume and light hedgerow fruit.
- Bright red cherry, wild strawberry and pomegranate, layered with rose petal, fresh herbs and a whisper of white pepper; light-bodied yet refined, with fine-grained tannins and lively acidity.
- Made using 100% Trollinger (also known as Vernatsch in Alto Adige), from old vines that bring concentration and textural complexity.
- Grown in Württemberg, southern Germany, where steep vineyard slopes and varied soils lend both fragrance and minerality to Trollinger.
- Produced by Rainer Schnaitmann, one of Germany's most dynamic modern winemakers, noted for meticulous vineyard work and transparent, terroir-driven wines.
- A superb alternative to lighter Pinot Noir or Schiava, ideal with charcuterie, poultry or simply chilled as a summer red.
