Rock of Wisdom was founded by Pete Hiscock. Pete is the head biodynamic viticulturalist with Torbreck in the Barossa, who are in the midst of changing all their vineyards to biodynamics. His skills don't stop there though, the Rock of Wisdom wines are made with minimal extraction and minimal new oak so the wines reflect the fruit they come from. They also range in styles from richer more traditionally Barossan wines, to more subtle and elegant styles. Both are good.
