Renais is a bold and vibrant gin with a distinctive flavour profile, inspired by the people, produce and provenance of Burgundy
- Created by Alex and Emma Watson using upcycled grapes from the winemaking process at family vineyard, Domaine Watson, in Chablis
- The flavours are inspired by the region's soils and its wines
- Pressed grand cru grapes and juniper berries are complemented by Kimmeridgian stone and natural ingredients including angelica root, linden flowers and acacia honey
- Balancing the minerality of a Chablis wine with fresh citrus and juniper, warming spices, floral notes and a hint of sweetness
- Try Renais in a White Negroni, swapping Campari for Suze and using a white vermouth
