Verdejo is a white grape that has been in Spain, specifically in the Rueda, for more than 1,000 years.
From La Seca, which is a vineyard situated in the heart of the DO Rueda.
The wine is made by three brothers, known as the 'three pillars' of the winery, who are all passionate about Rueda and the expression of the region.
This wine is from 25 year-old vines, which provides great concentration in the wine.
Due to 10 months of lees aging, the wine can be enjoyed with richer fish dishes or white meats.
