• Traditionally fermented and aged for 10 months in 50% new French oak barrels, including complete malolactic conversion, for a creamy mouthfeel.
• With its pale yellow colour, this Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru offers an intense nose with citrus and almond aromas. Its mouth is ample and reveals notes of grapefruit on the finish.
• Average vine age of 35 years is reflected in the concentration of fruit on the nose and palate.
• Home of some of the world's most premium Chardonnay including the famous Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet is the geographical middleman of the white wine villages, bordered by Meursault to the north and Chassagne-Montrachet to the south.
