- The grapes undergo a long maceration of 35 days before aging in in French and Slavonian oak tonneau for 6 months and in bottle for 4 months.
- The family have long understood that the subregion Villamagna, 10 kilometers to the Adriatic and 20 kilometers from the mountains is a preeminent grape growing region in Abruzzo.
- Torre Zambra is an historic estate in Abruzzo known for quality, low-intervention wine making.
