This is a shining example of a great Cabernet Sauvignon from Coonawarra. From the Terra Rossa the wines develop the classic juicy, spicy notes you would expect.
This comes from five separate blocks within Coonawarra, each batch fermented and aged in barrel as a separate component, it is only after 15 months ageing that they are then expertly blended.

This juicy wine demonstrates ample dark fruit characteristics from blackcurrant and blackberry to dark plums. Vegetal notes of mint and blackcurrant leaf balance out the palate with well integrated soft tannins.
