Remarkably concentrated wine, a balance of fresh notes of lemongrass & flint with rich hazelnuts, almond, & honey layered beneath.
- Pascal Clément grew up in Burgundy and embarked on his winemaking journey in 2012. He is now based in Savigny-les-Beaune, where he makes a range of red and whites from various regions in Burgundy.
- The grapes come from vineyards that sit just a few meters from one of the Grand Cru sites of Puligny-Montrachet, making the grapes of exceptional quality.
- Pascal Clément does not own any of his vineyards, but has created fantastic relationships with 15 growers from which he buys his grapes from.
- This wine spends 11 months ageing in French oak, creating a richly textured wine with notes of vanilla spice and honey.
- If you're feeling fancy, this wine is a must with lobster, foie gras, or the finest Brie de Meaux.
