Everything you would want from a Meursault, concentrated citrus fruits, buttered toast, and honey, with a backbone of clean notes of flint.
- Pascal Clément grew up in Burgundy and embarked on his winemaking journey in 2012. He is now based in Savigny-les-Beaune, where he makes a range of red and whites from various regions in Burgundy.
- The vineyards are situated at altitude on South-East facing slopes which provide optimum sunlight to the Chardonnay vines to provide the best concentration and ripeness.
- Pascal Clément does not own any of his vineyards, but has created fantastic relationships with 15 growers from whom he buys his grapes.
- Aged in oak for 11 months, providing complex notes of nuts, particularly hazelnuts, and creamy vanilla.
- This beautiful Chardonnay certainly has ageing potential, if you have the patience!
