A streamlined wine, with youthful citrus and orchard fruits wrapped in buttery pastry.
- Pascal Clément grew up in Burgundy and embarked on his winemaking journey in 2012. He is now based in Savigny-les-Beaune, where he makes a range of red and whites from various regions in Burgundy.
- Pascal Clément does not own any of his vineyards, but has created fantastic relationships with 15 growers from which he buys his grapes from.
- This wine is fermented with natural yeasts, which is the yeast found on the skins of the grapes, which provides unique characteristics in the wine.
- Enjoy with onion tart or soft cheeses such as Brie.
