This wine showcases dark cherries, raspberry liqueur, and red plums, wrapped in silky tannins and earthy spices.
- Pascal Clément grew up in Burgundy and embarked on his winemaking journey in 2012. He is now based in Savigny-les-Beaune, where he makes a range of red and whites from various regions in Burgundy.
- Aloxe-Corton is a prestigious sub-region in Burgundy, found in the Côte d'Or, known for producing robust, powerful styles of Pinot Noir.
- Pascal Clément does not own any of his vineyards, but has created fantastic relationships with 15 growers from which he buys his grapes from.
- This wine spends 18 months in oak (30% new), which adds texture and softly spiced notes to compliment the concentrated red fruit.
