An aromatic, fruity orange wine from a modern winery in Bulgaria
- Aromas of cherries, wild strawberries and white plums. The palate is light-bodied with a fresh, lingering finish.
- Pinot Gris grapes have spend 30 days fermenting on their skins, which gives this wine a light tannic structure, and is unfiltered before bottling.
- Whilst this is an orange wine, Pinot Gris has a natural pink hue which gives this wine a beautiful unique pink-orange colour.
- Tsarev Brod was founded in 2001 by Ivan Ivanov and his family, and take their name from the village where they are based, on the outskirts of the city of Shumen, Bulgaria.

July 2025 - Somewhere between Orange and Rosé, this Bulgarian gem is a must-try for those who like funky wines. With red and stone fruit character and some texture and grip from skin contact makes for an excellent wine with food, but still delicious on its own
