- Intense walnut, dried fruit and spice, layered with hints of vanilla, cocoa and coffee; smooth, warming and gently bittersweet on the finish.
- Made by macerating young green walnuts in neutral spirit, then sweetened and matured to develop depth and balance.
- Produced in the Périgord region, renowned for its walnuts and its long heritage of crafting liqueurs from green walnuts.
