A french Malbec specially selected and blended for The Oxford Wine Company!
- Aromatic nose, featuring ripe black fruits such as blue berry, blackberry and plum, along with subtle floral notes. Hints of spice, such as black pepper and cloves, may also be present, along with earthy notes.
- Full-bodied with a rich texture. Flavors of ripe blackberries, plums, and dark cherries dominate, complemented by a delicate pepper aftertaste. The wine often exhibits good acidity and structured tannins
- Despite the popularity of Argentinan Malbec, the grape originates in Cahors, but these vineyards are planted here close to Béziers, on the Mediterranean side.
- The Producteurs Réunis de Cébazan produce wines with youthful charm, assortment-typical and tangible character as well as a more than convincing price-pleasure ratio.
- This lovely Malbec could pair with some steak, turkey, pork or lamb. But will work too with blue cheese, cheddar, Manchego and vegetables like mushroom, roasted peppers, potato, eggplant or sautéed spinach.

With plum fig and leather notes, this is great with pigs in blankets. - Charles Reardon Smith, OWC
