An expressive, mineral-driven wine showcasing that Finger Lakes can produce serious Rieslings!
- Notes of candied lime and lemon peels, green apple and a hint of fresh ginger at the end.
- Naturally fermented in a combination of neutral French oak and stainless steel, which contributes a creamy texture.
- Fruit for this cuvée is sourced from three vineyards on Seneca Lake, situated in the heart of Finger Lakes AVA, and is picked from vines up 40 years in age.
- Finger Lakes native Nathan Kendall opened his winery in 2011 after spending time learning his craft in other cool climates including the Mosel, Oregon and Adelaide Hills, and practices low intervention winemaking.
- Would pair fantastically with Asian cuisine or fish and chips!
