Medium-bodied, fresh and fruit-forward with a savoury touch of herbal garrigue on the finish.
- A classic Faugères red blend of Syrah, Carignan and Grenache showing rich dark fruit and a well refined character. Very minimal oak contact is used, to preserve the purity of fruit.
- Mas Olivier's story dates back to 1959, when it began as a co-operative in Faugères, just 30km from the Mediterranean coast.
- Minimal intervention winemaking and sustainable vineyard practices are used.
- Pair with lamb cassoulet or ratatouille.
