This Cinsault led blend provides fresh, juicy notes of raspberry, strawberry, and peach.

La Despensa is owned by husband and wife, Matt and Ana, with Matt originally from Dorset.
The vineyards are farmed organically, with all work being done by Matt, the winemaker, and Juan, the only full time worker.
Fermentation takes place naturally with native yeasts, in a combination of stainless steel and open-top bins.
50% of this wine is aged in used oak barrels for 5 months.
This is very versatile wine, and can be enjoyed on its own or with lighter meats such as chicken or pork.

Colchagua, which forms part of the larger Rapel Valley, runs southeast to northwest, from the foothills of the Andes on its east to the Coastal Range on its west.

Made up of a funky blend of red and white grapes makes this wine a delicious curiosity. It's fresh but with lots of concentration of wild red berries, with some apricot and peach. - Katy Barker, OWC
