Having spent many years as a consultant winemaker, João Portugal Ramos first planted his own vines in Alentejo in 1989, and now produces a variety of wines throughout Portugal.
A common nickname in the Alentejo, Pouca Roupa literally means few clothes or scantily dressed.
This pairs perfectly with sushi, cod dishes or with soft cheeses.
