• This annual distillery special release is a demonstration of the desire to push the boundaries of Raasay single malt flavour further and to produce something different to their signature distillery style.
• Matured first in ex-rye whiskey casks and finished in a combination of ex-Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry quarter casks, this whisky boasts hints of peppery spice, almond, nuts and sweet fruit.
• It also includes floral notes along with nutmeg and clove. The perfect festive accompaniment!
