A small batch annual release from The Isle of Raasay Distillery

• Dun Cana started life as a one time only special edition from this Inner Hebridean island distillery. The reception was so good that its release quickly became a yearly event
• The spirit used to produce this batch is composed of 53% peated and 47% unpeated malt which helps the whisky achieve Raasay's signature delicately smoky style
• 2024's edition brings even more depth and richness, matured in American Rye Whiskey casks before being transferred into Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez Sherry quarter casks for a truly unique flavour profile
• Quarter casks are exactly one quarter the size of a traditional sherry butt. This smaller size increases interaction between spirit and wood which imparts powerful flavours from both the dry Oloroso and sweet PX style sherries
• Bottled at 52% abv without added colour or chill-filtration you can expect rich notes of dried fruit, sultanas, toffee, roasted walnuts, white pepper, sea salt and spice
