A robust Cabernet, Syrah and Carmenere blend, expect notes of black cherry, blackcurrants and blackberry leading to liquorice and vanilla with a mineral finish.
- Fermented in stainless steel and then matured in French oak barrels for 14 months to round out the tannins and give added complexity of flavour.
- Drinks well now, but will reward ageing further thanks to its firm tannin structure.
- Named after the Princess Inca, from a Chilean fairytale. Legend has it she died on her wedding day and her groom buried her at the bottom of a lake causing the waters to turn emerald green, forever tinted by the princess's eye colour.
