The Hine company was founded in 1763 and has achieved world-wide recognition for bringing authentic cognac to new heights of perfection. Drawing inspiration from his five generations of Hine predecessors, Bernard Hine selects, nurtures and blends Hine cognacs according to a rigorous code of quality without ever losing sight of their primary objective of providing the greatest of pleasures. In addition to Â'SignatureÂ', Â'Rare & DelicateÂ' Â'AntiqueÂ', Â'TriompheÂ' and Â'Family ReserveÂ', Hine is one of a few rare companies to propose vintage Grande Champagne cognacs. When he died, in 1822, he left more than a prosperous business. His legacy was a name already known and appreciated around the world for the exceptional quality of its cognacs.
