- Rich, toasted cereals and dried fruits drizzled with honey dominate the front of the palate, followed by a soft ashey finish
- Named after the oldest lighthouse in Japan, Hatozaki, which sits close to the distillery
- This is a blend of single malt whiskys
- Aged in bourbon casks, sherry casks and japanese wood casks, called Mizunara oak
