The flagship offering from Hambledon Vineyard in Hampshire. A Chardonnay-dominant blend showing elegant structure and minerality. Aged for a minimum of 6 years before release.
- Made from specially selected parcels of the best grapes from Hambledon's vineyard. This cuvee exhibits a lovely chalky mineral quality typical of the Hampshire terroir, complemented by a toasty brioche note from extended lees ageing.
- 14% fermented in French oak, with the remainder fermented in stainless steel. Predominantly Chardonnay, with a splash of both Pinot Noir and Meunier adding depth.
- Ready to drink now, but can also age up to 10 years more in the bottle.
