A rich and smooth sherry aged for eight years in traditional Solera Systems
- Produced from a blend of Palomino (75%) and Pedro Ximénez (25%) grapes to produce a rich, sweet wine
- The wines age separately for four years before blending and a further four years of ageing to incorporate the flavours
- On the nose this wine has intense aromas of raisin, vanilla, oak and a slight hint of hazelnuts
- The palate is more delicate than the nose would suggest incorporating flavours of dates, raisins and caramel
- The Gonzalez family have been producing sherry since 1835
