A giant of an Aussie Pinot Noir!

This Pinot has a deep ruby colour and aromas of black cherry, plum, baking spice and wood smoke.
Flavours of dark fruit, chocolate, and oak, with an elegantly long finish.
The Giant Steps Single Vineyard wines are produced from their best sites in great years. The 'Sexton' vineyard is in the heart of the Yarra Valley, where poor soils result in minuscule yields and intense, concentrated wines.
The Sexton Vineyard Pinot comes from an elevated site on low-yielding shallow clay-loam soil. This wine was matured in Burgundy oak barrels for 10 months before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Serve with mushroom and truffle risotto.
