An early ripening clone of Pinot Noir, this Précoce is delicate and light with bright red fruit and soft tannins.
- Delicate red strawberry and cherry notes with a hint of white pepper and bramble.
- Matured for 6 months in neutral French oak barrels so as not to overwhelm the fresh fruity character of the wine. A minimal intervention approach is taken, letting the grapes do the talking.
- Pair with pan-seared duck or a charcuterie board.
