A different style of Bacchus, this is rounded with gentle oak ageing and notes of ripe pear, apple and grapefruit.
- Grapes are picked from a number of vineyard blocks across East Anglia to provide complexity of character. 60% destemmed to emphasise the floral and tropical notes, and 40% whole bunch fermented to retain fresh acidity.
- Aged in oak barrel for 6 months post-fermentation to give a rounded texture and a hint of biscuity notes on the palate.
- Pair with seafood, creamy risottos, or enjoy on its own.
- A unique, crisp yet textured, take on one of England's hero varieties.
