A limited batch special edition release from the wonderful folks at The Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery
- This is a farm to bottle distillery, Yorkshire's first whisky distillery and one with a close association to the Wold Top Brewery, just up the road, who have historically contributed to the distillery's ambitious cask maturation program
- Ex-Bourbon matured and re-racked into fresh Porter Casks, which had previously held some Sherry matured Filey Bay and some Bourbon matured Filey Bay with only 2,000 bottles produced in total
- This is a rich and rounded whisky, fruity and complex with notes of chocolate orange, baked apples, roasted malt and candied fruit
