This baijiu displays savoury soy, spice, beans and prunes, with underlying notes of honey and hazelnut

- Fenjiu is the oldest Baijiu in China, with a history dating back 6,000 years and is well-known for its elegant 'light-aroma' style

- The distillery follows an ancient method, using organic sorghum and water drawn from the Gouzhuang spring which sit 840 metres below the nearby forest
