- This is a blend of 60% of Malvasia Fina, 30% Gouveio and 10% SÃria from vines that are 25-30 years old
- There are lovely citrus and green fruit notes that complement more tropical elements like melon and peach
- Medium-bodied, this wine has vivacious acidity and a vibrancy that makes it a real delight to drink
- This is a great wine to lend freshness to a salt cod and tomato stew
