An excellent example of a Tuscan Cabernet Sauvignon with some bottle age
- Fine perfumed notes of ripe blackberries, vanilla and cooked plums with a soft palate and a lengthy finish.
- The Campora of Falchini comes from the Campora vineyard at Casale in San Gimignano, in the province of Siena; it is a Rosso Toscano IGT produced almost entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.
- Cabernet Sauvignon is aged in small French oak barrels to age for 2 years.
- The area takes its name from the old Casale, the ancient friars' building that sits at the top of the hill.
- It is an ideal wine to accompany important meat stews, grilled or roasted meats and wild game; also excellent with aged cheeses.
