Rare native Spanish grape variety Prieto Picudo from 40-year-old vines.
Hand harvested and fermented with wild yeasts, the wine then spends 4 months in French and American oak barrels, to add toasty notes and complexity.
The winery was founded in the year 2000 and became one of the pioneers in the area.
It pairs with all kind of snacks, tapas, cheese, meat, pasta and paella.
