Complex and versatile Spanish red made from a lesser known grape
- Intense and complex nose with remarkable aromas of black plum, spices, and toffee, with a subtle touch of toasty notes at the end.
- Rounded palate of great balance, that shows very delicate and silky tannins and a touch of black fruits, fennel, and smoke on the finish.
- Hand harvested bunch by bunch, fermented with its natural wild yeasts and aged for 10 months in French oak with 18 extra months in bottle before release.
- Wild yeast fermentation and minimal filtration makes this wine a great buy for lovers of minimal intervention winemaking.
- Grapes are grown on Bushvines that are at least 60 years old, which contributes to wonderful concentration of fruit flavours and aromas.
