Fairley's Wines Tasting Note ...
The Baronne Du Cleray Muscadet Sevre et Maine Sur Lie appears bright yellow with silver highlights. The nose overwhelms with white flowers locked in with citrus fruit and lashings of ripe green fruit. The palate is full with fresh pineapple and pear, zesty lime and lemon, finishing clean and round with a slight spritz, retaining freshness and minerality. Chill well and would be perfect as a summer wine. Best served with scallops and oriental dishes.
