A 2022 vintage noted fot its consistency and quality, reflective of the careful winemaking practices of Mont Tauch!
- The bouquet is rich and complex, featuring dark fruit aromas such as blackberry, black cherry and plum, interwined with hints of spice, garrigue herbs, and subtle earthy notes.
- Full bodied and well-structured on the palate, with ripe tannins and balanced acidity. The flavors mirror the nose with a dominance of dark fruits, complemented by spicy undertones and a touch of minerality.

Fitou (Occitan: Fiton) is a large French wine appellation in Languedoc-Roussillon, France. The dominant vine variety is Carignan which has to constitute 40% of any blend. Grenache, Lladoner Pelut (the 'hairy' Grenache), Mourvèdre and Syrah are also often blended with it
The wine we were consuming the most with my friends of Narbonne, by the Mediterranean sea. Crafted from a blend of hearty Carignan, Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre, Fitou embodies the essence of the terroir and the spirit of Pays d'Oc. Flavours of dark cherries, blackberries and savoury notes of garrigue herbs. - Romain Alaphilippe, OWC
