A wonderful Chalonnaise white, with great complexity and character.
- A beautiful aromatic freshness with citrus and floral notes.
- A precise palate with similar characteristics to the nose: lime, orange blossom, and fresh almond.
- Fermented in oak barrels for perfect integration of subtle toasty flavours. The wine is then aged for 10 months.
- At the southern tip of the Côte Chalonnaise, 4 villages (Buxy, Montagny-lès-Buxy, Jully-lès-Buxy and St. Vallerin) share the appellation Montagny, which produces only white wines.
- Its freshness and finesse allow it to be enjoyed as an aperitif. It also pairs well with white meat and sauce, and of course it will be perfect with a plate of shellfish.

Beautiful perfume of white flowers and lime zest and delicious refreshing citrus fruits perfect as we go into winter - ideal with creamed chicken and gamey dishes. My ideal wine! - Tim Bradley, OWC
