With over 80 hectares of land, the Domaine produces excellent examples of Loire Valley wines
The Anjou Villages is a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Cabernet Franc, with part of the wine aged in oak
There are juicy red and black fruit notes as well as pencil lead and vegetal blackcurrant leaf characteristics
This wine works well with grilled lamb cutlets, served simply with ratatouille
