Produced in Anjou in the Loire Valley, the home of Chenin Blanc.
The wine is concentrated and rounded on the palate, well balanced and never heavy.
On the nose you get apricot and honeysuckle, on the palate we taste nectarine and peach.
We suggest pairing this wine with white fish and beurre blanc.
