A great value unoaked white Burgundy from an accomplished producer
- Beautiful aromas of ripe green apple and lemon zest lead to a rich palate of pear and white peach.
- Clay-limestone soil called "rendzine" on top of compacted limestone. The soil is not deep or fertile but is well-drained and heats up quickly, which helps the grapes to ripen.
- This perfectly south-facing plot benefits from ideal sun exposure. The altitude is around 390 metres above the village of Savigny-lès-Beaune.
