A madeira with great power and complexity
- Established in 1820, Pereira d'Oliveira is one of the great old Madeira houses and is today run by fifth generation descendants Anibal, Luis and Felipe d'Oliveira

- The five year old is, quaintly, an approximate blend of wines (not an average) to resemble what the Institute of Madeira considers a 5 year old
- This madeira is golden in colour with a rich nuttiness and balanced acidity
- Perfect on its own or with cheese and desserts
- Grape variety: Tinta Negra Mole
- Vintage: NV
- Alcohol: 19%
- Bottle Size: 75cl

Pereira d'Oliveira is one of the great old Madeira houses and dates back to 1820. It is one of the few houses to survive from the pre-phylloxera period and today is run by fifth generation descendents Anibal, Luis and Felipe d'Oliveira. They have maintained a stock of old and rare wines dating well back into the 1800s. These are left to mature slowly in 600 litre pipes and are bottled to order when required. The 5 year old is, quaintly, an approximate blend of wines (not an average) to resemble what the Institute of Madeira considers a 5 year old. The base grape is
the versatile Tinta Negra.
