Daftmill are a Lowland Whisky distillery based in the county of Fife along Scotland's east coast, north of Edinburgh

• Founded in 2005 by brothers Francis and Ian Cuthbert whose family has been growing malting barley at the farm for six generations, Daftmill has quickly become one of the most saught after names on the market
• As this example of Fife's finest matures, it develops an inviting creamy nose, with enticing notes of apricots, vanilla custard and cardamom pods
• The palate offers more creaminess with flavours of crème brûlée and Werther's Originals. Some distillate driven peaches appear with orchard fruit and a light pepperiness towards the finish
