- Established in 1948, Douglas Laing is a proudly independent, family owned Scotch Whisky business in its third generation
- Craigellachie sit right at the heart of the Speyside region. A historic distillery known for their wormtub condensers which impart a meaty, sulphurous note into the new make spirit
- This release was distilled in December 2012 and bottled in August 2023. Charged from a refill hogshead it's one of 345 bottles produced at 46% abv without colour or chill-filtration
- The nose is a melange of roasted pineapple, marmite, bacon fat and malty honey
- The palate is rich with notes of plum, blackcurrant and sweet baking spices building towards a linger finish of stem ginger and pecan pie
